Combat Induction Template
For games that involve NERF or boffer weapon fighting, it is mandatory for all participants to be trained in safe combat techniques. Please refer to the Combat Induction Checklist to keep a record of who has attended the training. Only authorised Combat Trainers can provide combat inductions.
Sign In Sheet
As per our insurance requirements, all participants must sign in to games to ensure we have an adequate Attendance Roster.

Other Forms:
- ARC Storage Agreements must be filled out by those who wish to store ARC’s props, costumes and equipment long-term.
- Cash Count Forms are filled out by authorised volunteers to track and bank an event’s cash tin.
- Chore Roster Template is designed to allow Project Leader(s) to pre-assign tasks to participants to ensure all areas are cleaned. It can be modified to fit your cleaning needs.
- Debriefing Question Template assists those running debriefs with example questions.
- Equipment Hire Form is to be used when participants hire equipment or where a Project Leader(s) borrows participant’s equipment as loaner gear for NPCs or PCs.
- First Aid Incident Form is kept in every ARC First Aid kit and provided as additional forms to Sign In volunteers.
- Meal Order Form is a helpful tool when allowing participants to order food.
- Opening Speeches Template provides a handy list of dot points you can use to guide your event’s initial welcome.
