ARC Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that operates under a Constitution, which serves as a set of governing rules and guidelines for the organization. The Constitution outlines the purpose, structure, and operations of ARC Inc., as well as the rights and responsibilities of its members. As a not-for-profit organization, ARC Inc. operates with the goal of fulfilling a specific mission or purpose rather than generating profits for its members or stakeholders.
We prioritize transparency and accountability in ARC’s operations and wish to keep our members informed of important organisational matters. The link above includes a collection of ARC Inc.’s agendas and minutes from the organisation’s inception up until the present day which document the proceedings of various meetings held by ARC Inc., such as board meetings and annual general meetings, and provide a summary of the discussions and decisions made during these meetings.
Our Project Leader(s) are open to receiving constructive feedback on both positive and negative aspects of your game experience. Feedback on what you enjoyed helps them understand where to invest their time and what techniques to continue using. On the other hand, feedback on what did not go well helps them recalibrate their techniques, explore new strategies, or assess how different game elements affect players.
In some instances, you may come across behavior during a game that conflicts with our code of conduct and organizational values. Examples may include cheating, experiencing aggression from another player (outside of their character), or being subjected to bullying or harassment based on your age, gender, sexuality, race, or physical ability. If you encounter such behavior, you can submit a report using our online form, providing us with the necessary information to address the issue. Alternatively, you can reach out to our ARC Support Person at arc.inc.help@gmail.com for assistance.
