ARC Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that operates under a Constitution, which serves as a set of governing rules and guidelines for the organization. The Constitution outlines the purpose, structure, and operations of ARC Inc., as well as the rights and responsibilities of its members. As a not-for-profit organization, ARC Inc. operates with the goal of fulfilling a specific mission or purpose rather than generating profits for its members or stakeholders.

We prioritize transparency and accountability in ARC’s operations and wish to keep our members informed of important organisational matters.
